FlexJobs and Beyond are two job posting sites that assist many people build their careers.

The two sites have a subscription plan that ensures they remain competitive in providing quality services for their members.

The have lots of special features that allow you to filer your applicants easily.
Many people have asked about the two sites considering the fact that we are living in a world where there are many scams. Most of these scams sites charge people a fee and end up not giving them the promised jobs.

I had to take an initiative to access the services of these sites for employers to be able to make an informed decision whether they are scam or not.

How to Make Money Online on Blogspot

Here is my Review of the Two Job Posting Sites:

FlexJobs is a legitimate place to work and a number of major news networks like NBC have shared stories about how it has helped many people. Three membership plans are available for subscription. The monthly plan goes for $14.95 while the three months plan goes for $29.95.

The last plan is annual and it costs $49.95. There is also a 30 day money back guarantee if you are not happy with their services and discounts once in a while. When I subscribed, I enjoyed a 30 percent discount by using the code SAVE30. After subscription, I got access to thousands of job listings on their job board.

These jobs are spread across the world and you get an option to search for the job categories you want. Generally I was saved lots of time of having to go through scam after scam in search of a job.

Beyond.com is a career resource which assists in creating visually appealing resumes. This site used my work history, accomplishments, awards and skills to create visual infographics and directing me to the right employers. This artistic presentation of my resume to the potential employers generally increased my chances of getting my application read.

I also had an opportunity to interact with thousands of people around the world sharing their experiences and industry insights that one can use in an interview. I was also able to assess my personality type though the tests offered on this site. All these benefits just came at a cost of $24.95 per month.
